报告摘要: A great literature has been established for both feature screening under various situations and the analysis of case-cohort studies. Also several methods have been proposed for feature screening when one faces case-cohort studies but all of the existing methods apply only to right-censored failure time data. In this paper, we discuss feature screening for case-cohort studies in the presence of interval censoring, a type of censoring that occurs more generally and includes right censoring as a special case. For the problem, two methods, a model-based procedure and a model-free procedure, are proposed. The former, an inverse probability weighted joint likelihood screening approach, is developed under the proportional hazards model, the most commonly used model for failure time data analysis. The latter is a weighted smooth partial rank screening method that allows for both ultrahigh dimensional covariates and covariate-dependent censoring. For the proposed methods, the sure screening property is established as well as the ranking consistency under mild regularity conditions. An extensive simulation study is conducted to assess the performance of the proposed methods and indicates that they work well in practical situations.
报告人简介：李会琼，云南大学数学与统计学院教授，博士生导师，主要从事大数据分析、生物医学统计，生存分析缺失数据分析等领域的研究。主持国家级、省部级科研项目12项。在统计权威杂志发表高水平论文30余篇。2021年获“云南省中青年学术和技术带头人”称号，2018年获“云南省万人计划青年拔尖人才”。2021年获首届全国优秀教材（高等教育类）二等奖（排名第二），2017年获云南省自然科学二等奖1项（排名第三），2010年，2012年分别获全国统计科学研究优秀论文成果奖二等奖2项。兼任中国现场统计研究会高维数据统计分会理事、旅游大数据分会理事，全国工业统计研究会理事、全国青年统计学会理事等职。
